The school blocks stuff for security reasons. If you install an application or browser that is not approved, then you can be bring vulnerabilities into their network, which makes system admins very upset (im one of those admins) If you are an employee, depending on policies they have, installing unauthorized apps on a computer can lead to termination. If your a student, you can lose school issues laptops privileges, again depending on their policy. Check with their IT department!

try going to www.SongLyrics.com It should work.. I use it on my School laptop its the only website that is helpful and not blocked

You can try accessing it via a proxy or VPN. You can also download and use the Tor browser.
That can have several reasons. You might not have a good Internet connection, RuneScape might be blocked by a firewall (for example, if you try to play from school), or you might have some problem with your browser. Some things you can try is using a different browser, and clearing private data in your browser.

Try visiting "facebook.com" in your browser address bar. It should go where the "answers.com" part is right now up near the top of the browser. If you can't get there that way, your computer might be blocked from that site by your school, family, work, etc. If so, we can't help you get around the block.
