Most programs can be deleted as long as you don't have a need for them. A few applications I would suggest not removing is your anti virus or your anti malware.
If you use a cheat too many times, it will get deleted. Or if you use too many cheats or codes, the game could get deleted of the AR card, unless you have a AR cable and can put the cheats back on. Hope this Helps ^^

Rock smash is a HM move..and therefore wont get deleted unless u got it deleted by the move deleter(lilycove city)....and even if u got it deleted ..u can get it teach it again ..as it doesn't go away from your bag...
