The screen on your computer may not be working or the tower may not be receiving enough power. You will need to take it to a computer repair shop to be tested.
First you should make sure you are pressing the correct button. If that does not work you should charge your ipad.
You press the button on the side and a USB flips out and then you plug it in to your computer.

In Super Smash Flash 2, you can charge your special moves by holding down the respective attack button. For characters with chargeable moves, like Samus or Lucario, you simply press and hold the special attack button until the move is fully charged. Once charged, release the button to unleash the enhanced attack. Additionally, some characters can charge their smash attacks by holding the control stick in a direction while pressing the attack button.
There are 3 options: 1. Give it a good charge on the computer. 2. Erase all your songs on it so it has a chance to recover 3. Go to the Apple store and explain your problem. Have them help you I hope I was helpful!!!!!
Well, have you tried holding the center button down then pressing menu, and following that pattern consistently till it turns on. If that does not work you might need to plug it in to that back of your computer or plug it into a wall (that is what they told me at the apple store). And if it still does not work then take it to the nearest Apple store (they will fix it)
there are two things that might work. you can try to charge the battery, or you can restart it which ban be don by pressing the center button and "menu " until you see an apple on the screen
# Step 1 Familiarize yourself with the headset. You should find the "Talk" and "Noise Shield" buttons on the outside of the unit. The earloop and earbud connect on the inside of the unit. The voice activity sensor is on the opposite side of the earbud on the inside of the headset. # Step 2 Pair Jawbone with your Bluetooth enabled phone. Place the Jawbone headset close to your phone. Make sure the Jawbone is turned off and activate your phone's Bluetooth function. Press and hold the "Noise Shield" button on your Jawbone until the LED flashes red and white. Set your phone to search for Bluetooth devices and select "Jawbone" from the list. Enter "0000" as your password. Check your phone to be sure that Jawbone is active. # Step 3 Customize the fit of your Jawbone by selecting the most comfortable earloop and earbud from the options that came with your headset. Be sure that the voice activity sensor is touching your cheek when you are wearing the headset. # Step 4 Answer a call by pressing the "Talk" button. You will hear the ring in your headset. End a call by pressing the "Talk" button. You can reject a call by pressing the "Noise Shield" button. You can also use voice dialing on the Jawbone by pressing the "Talk" button if your phone has a voice dialing feature. # Step 5 Turn Jawbone's noise shield off by pressing and holding the "Noise Shield" button for 3 seconds during a call. You should hear a set of descending tones to let you know that it is off. Turn the noise shield back on the same way. Noise shield will be active by default. # Step 6 Charge your Jawbone by connecting the USB charge cable to the Jawbone headset. You should have received a wall charger with a USB socket as well as the USB charge cable. You can plug the wall charger into a standard 120V outlet and plug in the USB connector to it. You also can plug the USB cable into a computer and charge your Jawbone with a computer. Charge your Jawbone completely before your first use.

All you need to due is to put your itouch into DFU mode by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home button for 10 seconds and you will then release the sleep button after 10 seconds but keep holding the home button down. Do this while is plugged into your computer. Itunes will then recognize it and you will then be able to restore it to its firmware and it will work properly. Unless you battery no longer holds a charge.
