You do not add more grid lines, they are present for all displayed cells. But, you can turn the grid lines on or off. In Excel 2007, go to the Page Layout tab in the Sheet Options and turn the grid lines on or off by checking or unchecking the box in front of View (under Grid Lines).
When you look at a worksheet in Excel you can see all the cells, because of the lines around them. Those are gridlines. You can also add borders, to make heavier lines around cells. Gridlines can be turned off completely, by going to the Options menu and the View section and removing the tick beside Gridlines.
You can either add more lines/words to add more information, or you can take away some lines that are not important

To sketch objects using isometric projection, begin by drawing an isometric grid, where the horizontal lines are drawn at 30 degrees from the baseline. Start with the object's corner, positioning it at the intersection of the grid lines. Then, extend lines parallel to the grid to define the object's edges, maintaining the 30-degree angles for depth. Finally, add details and shading to enhance the three-dimensional appearance of the object while ensuring consistency with the isometric perspective.
Well, honey, the perimeter of a grid is just the sum of all the sides. So for a 7 by 5 grid, you add up all the sides: 7 + 7 + 5 + 5 = 24. So, the perimeter of your little grid is 24 units. Hope that helps, sweetheart!
If the version of Excel you are using only has 65536 rows, which was the case up to Excel 2003, then you can't add any more rows. From Excel 2007 onwards there are 1048576 rows, so that is what you would need to use.
