I don't think it will.
The demension 2400's board was designed to only run at 533mhz fsb max. It might be able to scale it down to 533mhz but you wouldn't get all of the performance. Only the P4's that run at 533mhz fsb will work in it as far as I know (I have one). The max clock speed for a P4 at 533mhz fsb that I know of is 3.06 GhZ
You need a good graphic card to play the latest games.
Yes, but it must be with one of the same type. EG, you can swap an Intel Pentium 3 1.5GHz with a Intel Pentium 3 2GHz, but not with an Intel Pentium 4 2GHz. Also, it must be the same socket type.
Put it this way It is no way as fast as the top CPUs today but it will certainly do. That is unles you like playing games on your laptop/pc. Then it could strugle
It is going to be 2Ghz (2000 Mhz).
This is not possible. The fastest Pentium III was clocked at 1.2 GHz, and there aren't any faster processors for its socket. If you have 500 USD to spend, you could easily buy or build a completely new computer that would be many times faster.
2 each core
The i3-370M. It simply has a faster clock, that i3 can be clocked at 2.4GHz and the Pentium only 2GHz. I think the Pentium is aimed more at the budget market. I looked at a CPU mark score and the i3 has 2,211 and the P6100 is just 1,566. I also guess that the i3 had better integrated graphics than the P6100 if you're not getting one of those mobile cards like the radeon HD 5650 mobility etc.
No, your PC is running at 2GHz. There are 2 cores at 2GHz each. This means that the CPU is able to process double amount of information for a second, but it is still 2GHz.
Probably not.
Java, and a ton of ram, and 2GHZ of cpu.
Up to 4gb.
The Intel quad core processor is super computer fast. It packs a 2GHz processing speed with a memory cache of 8M bytes and a CPU connection speed of 1.333 GHz. The Intel quad core became available in 2007.
