Whatever music or videos you're planning to use.... you must get permission in writing from the owners of the songs or videos, before you upload them to your web-site. ALL content on Youtubeis protected by copyright laws - ALL music (no matter which site you get it from) is also protected by the same laws. Using video or music without the owner's permission is copyright theft.
If you simply upload music or video to your site without the owner's consent - you are BREAKING THE LAW... and could end up in court - explaining to a judge why you stole copyrighted material !
