Should you get an apple or hp laptop?

Neither is very good. HP offers a better Operating System (in my opinion), and Apple offers better hardware. It depends on what you want more. I would try Sony, Samsung, Dell, or Toshiba.

My Opinion:

As someone who owned 2 HP computers with Windows XP & Vista installed and who has now owned an Apple iMac for the past 4 1/2 years I can honestly say without hesitation that I will never ever own anything but an Apple computer. 4 1/2 years of trouble free computing all the while not running one piece of security software. I have not had one glitch on my iMac. It just works day in and day out. Apple is by far the better built computer and I like all the software and the Operating System much better than anything Windows has ever produced. Easy to use and easy to learn.

Neither is very good. Apple laptops are very overpriced and the OS (software) limits what you can do. HP has Windows 7, which in my opinion has a better OS, but the reliability ratings are very low. I would recommend Sony, Dell, or Toshiba.

sorry, Macs aren't better than windows PCs. Not even close. Go to dell.com and then go to apple.com. Customize each computer to the exact same specs. You'll notice that Apple products are over priced on every model, every spec. Spec for spec Apple will cost you a kidney. Steve Jobs some how brain washed a bunch of people in thinking that Mac products are better but they're not. All of the hardware inside the computer is exactly the same. They're all built in Taiwan or China. The only thing that apple does is slap on a boring white case, calls it "stylish" and then charge thousands for it. The only difference between Mac and PCs is the operating system - that and a thousand dollar. OSx has less viruses but Safari is the worse browser out there in terms of security. Windows 7 is pretty damn awesome. In short, macs aren't better than PCs. But the Propaganda make it sound like it is. if you research into those terrible Mac ads, you'll realize that everything they say is only half true or completely false. Most people can be clueless... they can be convinced by the ads really easily. But in reality, the hardware inside the computer is exactly the same. "design" is just a personal preference. Any company can make a crappy looking white case. If you want variety and actual good looking design, go get a DELL

I personally like the hp better than the mac computers because, to me, the mac is always harder to find things on and hp are just amazing.

Well I think the apple laptop is better but it is a hard choice So I will go with both
