F1 is used in most programs
Normally, pressing the F1 key will get help in most windows-based programs.
To access field context-sensitive help in most software applications, you typically press the F1 key. This key generally brings up help documentation related to the specific field or feature you are currently using. In some programs, you may also find help options by right-clicking on the field or using a help button often represented by a question mark icon.
F1 key on your keyboard will give you a help menu, window, or other help document for the current software.

To cancel an entry before entering it into a cell in most spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, you can press the "Esc" key. This key will discard the current input, allowing you to return to the previous state without saving any changes.
