The Formula Bar shows those things. Included in it is what is specifically known as the Name Box, which is where the address is shown. The Insert Function button is beside that and then the Formula Box part, when you can see the contents of the cell.

As you type, Excel displays the entry in the FORMULA BAR, and also displays the active cell reference int he Name box on the left.
In Excel, the address of the current cell is identified by its column letter and row number. For example, in cell A1, "A" represents the column, and "1" represents the row. This address is displayed in the Name Box located to the left of the formula bar, and it updates automatically as you navigate through different cells. The cell address is essential for referencing data in formulas and functions within the spreadsheet.
The Name Box will show the address of the current cell that is active.
The TODAY() function displays the current date. If you want to put the current date into a cell, press the Ctrl and the semi-colon key.
I am not aware of a name menu in Excel. However, Excel has a name box that displays the name or cell reference of the active cell.
