You can save Excel in many different formats. To save as HTML you select File|Save As. When the Save As window opens, look toward the bottom of the window for the "Save as type:" drop down. From the drop down selection click on "Web Page (*.htm; *.html). Navigate to the location in the Documents Library where you want to save the file, type the file name you want in the "File name:" box, and click the Save button at the bottom right of the Save As window.

To quickly add a new worksheet to a workbook in Excel, you can use the shortcut Shift + F11. Alternatively, you can also click the "+" icon next to the existing worksheet tabs at the bottom of the Excel window. This allows you to create new sheets without navigating through menus.
