Motherboard
The four components that all computers have in common are a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and CPU. Some other very common components are a hard drive disk, graphic cards, sound cards, memory, and motherboard and chips.
series connected
All computer parts are connected by a large array of cables, however the central component is the motherboard. All components connect to the motherboard. Which gives the parts power and allows them to connect to each other. New components may need drivers to be able to communicate with the computer, these drivers can come with the new hardware, or may need to be downloaded.
Computers are connected via Internet, which is commmonly known as network of networks. In History, computers were connected via telnet and various other technologies. But Internet has become popular in very short time.
The components are connected in series (not parallel).
In graph theory, connected components are groups of vertices that are connected by edges, meaning there is a path between any two vertices in the group. Strongly connected components, on the other hand, are groups of vertices where there is a directed path between any two vertices in the group, considering the direction of the edges.
Some of the components that are utilized by server computers are things such as a motherboard, processor, and hard drives. Other components would include graphics, power supply and network connections.
Computers work by processing data using a central processing unit (CPU), which is the brain of the computer. The CPU interacts with other key components such as memory (RAM), storage (hard drive or SSD), input/output devices (keyboard, mouse, monitor), and the motherboard. These components work together to execute instructions, store data, and communicate with the user.
All computers have a processor, memory, and a mother board. Other components are added, usually by the manufacturer, to accommodate the ability of the computer hardware to run software, including the operating system, and other software to complete tasks, such as business, art, engineering and more tasks.

hardware
Two or more computers connected together create a computer network. Computers within a network can interchange data.
