Question makes no sense. You must be gaining access to it SOMEHOW - - via cable or internet? If no networks are carrying the game that probably means that it is blacked out in your reception area. If you are going to "stream" it for a COMMERCIAL purpose (and showing it in a bar WOULD be a commercial purpose) you should probably check with The Longhorn Network itself.
