Windows Movie Maker is a very basic video editing software application for novice users. The program is limited in features/functions, but provides a means to display photos/video/music together in a professional manner.
The program offers several transitions and effects to choose from. It also allows for narration, titles/credits and animation.

filmographer, film maker, director, producer, it really depends on what aspect you are referring to. But alot of the terms are very loose and can be interchanged.
You must 'Publish' (WMM v2.6) or 'Finish'(WMM v2.1) or 'Save' (WLMM) the movie before you can burn it to DVD.All three terms (publish/finish/save) relate to the exporting/mix-down process in the Windows Movie Maker program. This process converts the .MSWMM (Microsoft Windows Movie Maker) project files into Standard formats compatible with most media players. However, some older model DVD players may not be able to play 'burned' DVDs. So it would be wise to ensure your player can display 'burned content' before attempting the burn process. If you are not sure whether or not your DVD player can display burned DVDs, refer to the user manual or Google the player (make and model) for specs on the device.

History is a lie.
Defined terms in a subject are terms that have specific meanings assigned to them within that subject, while undefined terms are terms that are not explicitly defined but are fundamental concepts in that subject. In mathematics, for example, undefined terms like point, line, and plane are used to build the foundation of geometric concepts, while defined terms like circle and triangle are derived from these fundamental concepts. Therefore, defined terms are constructed based on the fundamental understanding of undefined terms in a subject.
Video must be Published/Finished on Windows Movie maker. Read the following:* A WMM (Windows Movie Maker)project is still in "unfinished" form(.MSWMM) and can only be viewed/edited in Windows Movie Maker.* A PUBLISHED/FINISHED WMM video is the "finalized" format. Before you can view your WMM (Windows Movie Maker) project on a media player, send it by email, or upload it anywhere, you first need to PUBLISH/FINISH the WMM project. This finalizes the project by means of "mixing down" audio/video properties. The video's file name extension (format)will automatically be converted to the .wmv (for computer playback) or other extension depending on the export option selected. To Publish/Finish your WMM project:> With your project in the time-line view of WMM> Click on View and Tasks, to open the task pane> Under Publish to ---- (Windows Vista v2.6)> Under Finish Movie (Windows Xp v2.1)> Choose - This computer> Name the movie and select a destination to save it in> Click Next> Select option: Best quality for playback on my computer (recommended)> Click Publish or Finish (depending on your WMM version)When the video is published/finished, it can find be found in the folder it was saved in. Click on it and it will open up in the media player you use. If you are burning the video to DVD, the view on a television will be full screen (or wide angle of 16:9 if selected).NOTE:A .MSWMM project file cannot be played on a computer other than the one containing the 'original source files' used to create the project. In layman's terms... A WMM project can only be edited/viewed on the computer where the pictures, video and audio used to create it are located. Until a MSWMM project is Published/Finished, only you will be able to view/edit it on your computer. Once published/finished, the original source files are no longer needed and the video can be manipulated in any chosen manner.
This is true not just in geometry but in every field of knowledge. You can define complicated concepts in terms of simpler ones, and those simpler ones in still simpler ones and so on. However, you will end up with a few terms which cannot be defined in terms of simpler concepts (without going into a circular definition). These terms must remain undefined.
