** Don't forget to Publish/Finish your project
You can't animate in Windows Movie Maker. You can only use animations in the program.

I take it you are talking about a song title? If so, visit Beemp3 and download a copy for free. Then import it into the Windows Movie Maker program.
Windows 7 Movie Maker is actually the essential Window Live Movie Maker program.You can add music to it easily.Simply click the Add Music button in the top menu ribbon(Note: the feature is not available if there is no Photo/Video Media present)
You can record on Windows Movie Maker by using the Narration feature. (Note: There is no Narration feature in the Windows Live Movie Maker version).
Lyrics can be added to a song on Windows Movie Maker by using the Titles/Credits feature.

First, import your pictures into Windows Movie Maker. Add them to the Time-line or Storyboard.Then click View, Tasks to enable the Task pane. Choose DVD from the left-side menu. A window will appear telling you Windows Movie Maker will close and open DVD Maker. Follow instructions on naming and saving, then click Ok. DVD Maker will now open with the movie (you just created) visible in the viewing pane. Make sure there is a DVD in the drive and click Burn.
