Conversely Vmware's Fusion allows the running of Windows, and other operating systems, on an Intel Mac running Mac OS X.
When installing Mac OS X you can select a custom installation option from a drop down menu that allows you to decide which applications etc. are installed.
The Mac OS is only meant to install on Apple computers due to the license agreement, you will be not able to install the genuine MAC OS on non-Apple Computers.

Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) is not supported on a G3 computer. Apple's requirements for Leopard are a Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor. It would work if you replaced your old processor with one of the above
Apple created their operating system for their Macintosh range of computers and have decided not to make Mac OS X available for installation on any other brand of computer.
