You need a special program which can edit fonts, for instance, http://www.high-logic.com/fontcreator.html
Your question is confusing. If you need to change the style of the text, you need to use style/CSS.
In Microsoft word, you just need to position the mouse to the window and select the icon where the name of fonts is indicated. Then after clicking it you will be given a drop down menu of the different font types, you scroll down and select the font that you need. After selecting, you can now type the words you need to with that particular font type./
The current standard is to use css. For the bold, use <b></b>. Use the resources at w3schools.com/css/css_font.asp
Html mostly uses three main parts. The thing,(e.g. <FONT size="10"></font>) the thing your changing, (e.g. <font SIZE="10"></font>) ,what your changing it to.(e.g. <font size="IO"></font) And the closing tab.(e.g. <text size="10"></FONT>)Then you put some of the thing (e.g. <font size="10">Content of your site</font>)
