minimize
You just hit the button that you clicked to maximize which after you have maximized it is called the restore button then it will shrink down and you can re-size it then.
you just simply press the maximise button it's that simple...
When a window fills the entire display area and the Restore Down button is visible on the title bar, it is in a maximized state. This means the window occupies the full screen but can be resized or restored to a smaller size by clicking the Restore Down button. This state allows users to access other windows or applications without closing the maximized window.
It makes a Windows OS window smaller when maximized. [Its the button at the top right of the window that looks like a screen.]
minimise or restore down on some computers XP should say minimise but not 100% sure about it
The little hollow square at the top right of a window typically represents the "maximize" button in many software applications. Clicking this button expands the window to fill the entire screen. If the window is already maximized, the button may indicate a way to restore the window to its previous size.
For Internet Explorer, next to the red colour "X" button which closes the window, there is a button that maximizes the window. If you hover your mouse over it, a tag that says maximize would appear. If you want to full screen the window, press F11.
Yes, when full screen the full screen button is replaced with a down size button (and vise versa)
The three states of a window are minimized, maximized, and restored (or normal). In the minimized state, the window is reduced to an icon on the taskbar, allowing users to save screen space. When maximized, the window occupies the entire screen, providing a larger workspace. The restored state represents a window that is neither minimized nor maximized, allowing for adjustable size and position on the desktop.
