In PowerPoint, the "apply" button makes changes to the selected slide, whereas the "apply all" button makes changes to every slide in the slideshow.
To create a hyperlink in PowerPoint, you would select the "Insert" ribbon at the top of the window. Then, click on the "Link" button, which may be represented as a chain link icon or simply labeled "Link" in the dropdown menu. This will allow you to add a hyperlink to a selected text or object in your presentation.
To decrease the indent level in PowerPoint, you can press "Shift + Tab" on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can also use the "Decrease Indent" button found in the Home tab on the Ribbon. This will move the selected text or bullet point back to the left.

Text slide is an animation on text in PowerPoint. It can slide from top, button, left or right.
The Picture Effects button is typically located in the Format tab of the Ribbon when an image is selected in applications like Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. You can find it in the "Picture Styles" group, where it allows you to apply various effects to your selected image, such as shadows, reflections, and glows. In some versions, it may be represented by an icon that looks like a picture with effects applied.
