The button on the Ribbon that centers the title over the rest of the work in your spreadsheet is called "Merge & Center." It is found in the "Home" tab under the "Alignment" group. This feature merges the selected cells into one larger cell and aligns the text to the center, making it visually appealing for titles or headers.
Click on the cell you want to change, then click on the text left align button, located on the Home menu ribbon in the text section.

If you have the newer version of MS Excel (2007+), the wrap text button is on the home ribbon above the 'Merge & Center button' in the Alignment box. If you want to do this manually you could right click the box you want to wrap text in, scroll to format cell, go to alignment and chech the Wrap Text box under Text Control.

To merge cells A1 to D4 in Excel, first, select the range of cells from A1 to D4. Then, go to the "Home" tab on the ribbon, and click on the "Merge & Center" button in the Alignment group.
