This question does not make sense. One answer is that the Shift Key will not select a cell in a document.
hold the CTRL button and press o and select the document u want to open

To make a photocopy of a document, place the document face down on the copier glass, close the lid, select the number of copies you want, and press the "Copy" button. Wait for the copies to be printed and then collect them from the output tray.
