After vomiting, it's best to avoid solid foods for a few hours until your stomach settles to relative normalcy.

However, it is also normal to feel hungry after vomiting, due to your (now empty) stomach giving you the rumbles.

In this situation, I recommend sipping beverages, such as orange juice or Sprite, and chewing crackers. If your body can't handle these, you might want to see a doctor.

If you crave something more substantial, stick to broths and soups, again sipping slowly. DO NOT eat anything with milk or heavy starch. These can sour and expand in your stomach, and should be avoided like the plague.
