No modern human has not used technology and the first modern humans appeared several hundred thousand years ago. Most of our near prehuman ancestors also always used technology.

Chimpanzees use technology (yes very primitive technology but still technology) and the last time humans and chimpanzees had a common ancestor was 3 million years ago, which suggests that our prehuman ancestors more than 3 million years ago probably used some very simple and primitive technology!
