Simple Switch is used to switch bank accounts from one bank to another. The switch is made in house and therefore causes the client less trouble. This is a new program placed on certain banks.

You cannot open one program inside another program. It may be possible to import or export a file between the programs. The "help" section of each program if you search on import/export will tell you which file types are acceptable for each program.
