I had 2 mice and they both caught something and were dying. I was so sad when I woke up and discovered them. I took them out of their cage and put them in a clean, clear, container. Then I gave them fresh water. Do NOT force them to drink because it may make them choke. They didn't take the water at first so I tried putting the water on my hand and that helped them drink. I then also gave them some timothy hay covered in dried yogurt (from Petco) and they just kept laying there. So I picked them both up and put them on my chest to keep them warm. And eventually (in about 5 minutes) they started to perk up. The last thing I did was give them their favorite food, Whales crackers!
If the mouse is not active and its eyes appear to be squinted the mouse is becoming weak and could be dying.
well, when a mouse is dying it sort of lays there and doesn't move but you can see it moving cause its still breathing like when my mouse WAS dying it was laying there like nothing. It's really, really scary and i have a mouse and it over 3 years now.
If you see that your pet is dying you need to rush to a pet hospital or humane society, they could probobly help the mouse. If you can not go to one, there is probobly nothing you can really do to help a mouse. Hope I Helped!

$10.00 is nearly the cheapest price for a wireless mouse. You might get a cheaper one if you don't mind buying a used mouse. Therefore you should search some common auction houses.
You should take your dog to the vet IMMEDIATELY as he may be dying. Call the vet, tell him you are on your way and why, grab the rest of the mouse poison and get on the road. Mouse poison kills a number of dogs every year.
