The Virus scan should quarrantine it so it will cause you no harm.
The message attachment has a viruis. Delete the message then delete everything in the deleted section.

Firstly, try and delete it with your anti-virus software. If that doesnt work, I would suggest downloading malwarebyte and scanning it in safe mode. If you are not sure if the virus has gone or not, download a program called kaspersky Virus-fighting utilities, you can find this tool by going to google and typing "Virus removal tools".
you will have to dowload some virus software like avg virus search on google for it and get a free download you can then run the program and it will find and delete any viruses
