ISO are a series of standards that are put in place by the International Organization for Standardization. The numbers 9014 and 9018 do not appear on their list.
The International Organization of Standardization develops and releases standards. The standards are numbered; a series of standards on the same topic will have a series of numbers assigned. For example, the standards for a Quality Management System is the "9000" series. Within this series there are a number of documents. ISO 9001 is the document containing requirements for the system. ISO 9001 is part of the ISO 9000 family of standards. ISO 9001 deals with the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard they have to meet. ISO 9001 is actually not certified by ISO itself but through a third party certification bodies. It needs to be audited by both an internal auditor and an external auditor in order to get the ISO 9001 certification.
