In infrastructure mode, a wireless network relies on a central access point (AP) to manage communication between devices, such as computers and smartphones. This setup allows for more efficient data management and better connectivity, as the AP facilitates communication and provides a bridge to wired networks. Unlike ad-hoc mode, where devices communicate directly with each other, infrastructure mode offers enhanced security, range, and performance. It is commonly used in home networks, businesses, and public Wi-Fi hotspots.
Wireless LAN means: Wireless Local Area Network. WIFI: is a high frequency wireless local network. So yes, they are similar.
Wizarding Wireless Network
It means its waiting for wireless connections to join your area.
Network Operating Systems
This means that it is capable of functioning as a network printer (thus does not need to be connected directly to the computer) and can connect to a wireless network.
If you do not set password for your wireless network you will get unsecured network. If you mean that you want use your router to connect to another unsecured wireless network and create so called "bridge" the answer is yes. But! Router from different manufactures usually do not work together in the bridge configuration. There are some exceptions but just few.
What do you mean working with each other? 802.11g is the wireless protocol, which you can secure with WAP or WEP encryption and it would be called a secured wireless network. Also, it would be called a WLAN for wireless local area network. They're the same thing.
sensor which is used know about the environmental condition
If you mean, "What is a wireless LAN?" The answer is simple. A wireless LAN is a network that connects multiple computers, gaming consoles, and gaming devices and allows them to connect to the internet, but only if they are capable of using wireless. Wireless LAN is achieved by using a wireless router. LAN stands for Local Area Network.
WAN = Wide Area Network WLAN = Wireless Local Area Network hope I helped
It's short for service set identifier
one with no wires? wireless? which would mean you need a wireless router? i think an AD HOC network is the simplest. It allows two computers or devices to talk to each other without needing a middleman aka wireless router. as far as i know only 2 computers can be used in an AD HOC Network
