Disk F is either a Floppy, CD/DVD/RW, Flash (USB, Card etc) or Virtual drive. It means that the disk is "RAW" and needs to be formatted in one of the computers recognised formats such as FAT32, NTFS, or other recognisable mediums. Windows operating systems, Mac and Linux have simple resources to help resolve this.
In computer lingo, CD stands for Compact Disc.
There really is no way to recover information off of your computer when EVERYTHING was deleted. When you say deleted I assume that you mean your OS to. If this has occured then you're going to need to re-install your OS and start from scratch.. UNLESS you have back-up disks or recovery CD's.
When a computer is formatted, everything in it is erased. People usually format their computers to get rid of viruses.
CD means Compact Disc.
Yes it is removable media. It can store all sorts of data, but can you remove it while the computer is still on? Yes, removable media is a part of a computer that can be removed while the computer is still running.

OK, I'm presuming the disc has broke, when you've got them all on your computer? If so, do you mean the normal disc as in the Sims 2?No, you don't need the deluxe disc to install the normal disk, but you will need to un-install it from your PC, otherwise it'll get confused.
By computer disk storage I assume you mean hard drive storage which is commonly referred to in gigabytes (gb) and sometimes now terabytes (tb - 1000gb)
If by "action replay disc" you mean the installation disc for the computer software that comes with Action Replay DS/DSi, once you've installed it you can throw it away.
It might not be compatible for your type of computer or you might not have enough disc space.
It means that your disc has a bad error so it cannot read and write files. if your error is on the dvd-rw, you can erase it. if your error is on the dvd-r then you cannot erase it and you will have to bin the disc.
