"GB HDD" refers to the storage capacity of a hard disk drive (HDD) measured in gigabytes (GB). This indicates how much data the drive can hold, such as documents, photos, videos, and software. For example, a 500 GB HDD can store approximately 500 gigabytes of data, making it suitable for various applications depending on the user's needs.
Seriously? Is this a joke? It says on the HDD how much it stores!
Not necessarily.
Yes.
What do you mean by 'mb'? If you mean: - memory (RAM), then 4 gb ddr3 - processor (CPU), then 2.2 GHz - hard drive (HDD), then 320 gb - graphic card: 256 mb gddr3
Yes, but as you have more space in your second HDD and as its not the main HDD it would be best to install it in the second "DATA" HDD :D
Answer: In computer terms HDD usually means Hard Disk Drive or High Density Diskette. The GB stands for gigabyte. So the 160 is meaning 160 gigabytes of space on the computer. * One gigabyte can hold over 1000 novels (uncompressed at 100,000 words per novel). * One gigabyte is roughly equal to 17 hours of MP3 music at 128 kbit/s (1,0003 / 128 / 1000 * 8 / 3600 = 17.36). * One gigabyte is roughly equivalent to 12 hours of Flash Video (at 450x370). If you wish to store pictures and media files, go for the highest GB's when purchasing a new computer.
yes you can use any hdd for any xbox if you want something with less gb get a memory card
2 GB of RAM 160 GB HDD
There is 1000 MB in every GB so that would be 0.756302 GB No that is wrong there are 1024Mb in 1 GB (stupid manufacturers of HDD's rate them at 1000mb, so you never actually get what they say their HDD capacity is. e.g. My HDD is rated at 640 Gb but it is only really 598Gb. When you buy Ram you get what you pay for e.g. 512mb is 512mb of ram) I hope that clears that up for you. Its false advertising at it's most obvious.
They make internal and external 500 gb HDD
X-Box arcade(no HDD) come with a 256mb memory card or if its the new jasper chipset it has 256mb internal memory X-box premium(no longer being made) came with a 20gb HDD X-box pro(replaces the premium model) comes with a 60gb HDD and the elite or halo xbox 360 comes with a 120gb HDD (LEAVE PERSONAL COMMENTS ON THE DISCUSSION PAGE!)
RAM stands for Randon Acsess Memory , the more you have the faster you computer can be though this also greatly depends the processor and other stuff. HDD stands for Hard Drive Disk, this stores large pieces of information. ram: fast acsess to memory, loses when turned off. hdd: slower , keeps when turned off.
