- Computer > C:\Users\Your Start-Up Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

- There Will Be Random Stuff In There What I Want You To Do Now Is Delete EVERYTHING In That Folder. EVERYTHING

- Once You Are Done MSN Will Work Again
