Usually, both nothing and the entire contents of volatile memory. Effectively, it cuts the power for long enough to reset the volatile memory and reconnects it. The end result is that the computer begins its boot process anew, without giving any processes time to complete.
However, some computers also have a "CMOS reset" button. This erases the settings which are loaded by the BIOS, effectively resetting them to defaults. This can be useful if, eg, some internal frequency settings were changed and the system will no longer boot.

To copy text using the keyboard, you need to hit two letters at once. Typically this is the control button and the letter C button on Windows. On a Mac It would be the Command button and the letter C button at the same time.

If you mean to reformat the hard drive, you need to insert your copy of your operating system recovery CD and reboot the computer.
For the FSS Reset here it is (i copy pasted this from rudeney from another thread) With the engine stopped, turn the ignition switch to position 2 and within 5 seconds, press the odometer reset button twice. Turn the ignition switch to position 1, then press and hold the odometer reset button while turning the ignition switch back to position 2. Continue to hold the reset button until the buzzer sounds and/or the new service interval is displayed on the odometer.
Printer will not print from computer if: 1. The printer is not connected to computer 2. The printer Driver is not installed on the computer 3. The printer Driver is not compatible with the Operating System on your computer There are a whole lot of other possibilities please be specific with the problem scenario the printer is connected to the computer but when I go into my computer and go to add or remove it shows that it is locked out

The refresh button tells the browser to purge the existing display from its memory, fetch a new copy of the web page identified in the URL and execute the HTML in that new copy when it arrives, including display of graphics, text, etc.
