The fuel pump reset switch on my 1992 F-150 is located behind the panel in front of the passenger side door. You can access the reset switch by reaching over the top of the panel to the right of the glove box, feeling for a small round push button and depressing it. You have to do it by touch since you can't get youe head up there to see it.
