They use .wav files but the files can be converted to MP3's if need be.
You can Use XnView that is available for free to download to convert files.
Open it, extract the files from it and view the files.

Games don't use torrent files.
Java doesn't use header files.
You need to use the "export" feature and change the files to .jpg or .pdf files.
To change the files in FDM just open the folder and use a converter to change the files.
