If there are no bids, the auction ends, and nothing else happens. The seller can choose to relist the item. There are no fees to pay on items that don't sell.
If it doesn't sell, the seller can choose to relist it. If it sells, the buyer pays the seller, and then the seller ships the item.
NO this is illegal. it is piracy. if you see this don't buy it just report the item or the seller they can get jail time and up to $100,000 in fines for this
If you are the seller with a Best Offer stated on your auction, it is up to you if you want to accept the offer or not. If you are the bidder, then the seller will contact you to advise you if your offer has been accepted, if the seller does not accept any offer and the auction runs out, he hasn't sold his item
The best place is at ebay. They have tons of games and you can get them really cheap if you time your bids correctly.
The seller of the item determines that, if the seller is a normal individual who is selling something not wholesale, then 99% of the time it is tax free, but if you are buying from a company on Ebay (like Eforcity) then some states are taxed.
You simply message the seller by the 'Contact Seller' button, and introduce your offer and, I find it's polite if you say why you deserve it for that price and thank them for their time. :)
It is not fake but every time someone bids the time starts over again.
None. You are asking the wrong question. eBay is huge and so a lot of big time sellers on different items and with different strategies.
as per eBay guidelines, 7 days is the timeline. the seller can request payment before (ex, payment to be made in 48 hrs., 3 days) but eBay allows 7 days to be the "allowed time"
No. It means the auction will end for that item or the sale of that item will end at that time. Ebay items are bid on for a period of time. At the end, the highest bidder gets the item. The exception is if it says "Buy It Now" then you can buy it now and the seller will generally tell you how long to expect delivery. You can also contact the seller and ask how long for delivery.
Contact your e-bay seller and agree on postage or courrier etc...
Anyone can can win anyone's auction and then later resale it for a more money than he bought it for. There is nothing wrong with them do that. It's called resale. Anyone can go into a department store, purchase items, and resale them on eBay for more money, same thing basically. It's done all the time. It's called our competition.
