Yes, you can. If you want to send a personal message to a Supervisor, their email address will be their username (if it has a space, put a period instead of a space) @ WikiAnswers.com (remove spaces). If it is a regular contributor, you must ask for their email. Email is the only way to send a personal message to another contributor.
In the sentence "You sent one email message." email is an adjective and message is a noun.
non verbal communication is without words being spoken such as texting, email, and answers on answers.com
With regular contributors and Premier Answerers, no, you can't. But, you can leave a message on a user's message board, which is public. If the person is a supervisor or a CA (Community Assistant) then you can send them an email, which of course is private. Supers and CAs have WikiAnswers Google Mail accounts. Send an email to the super or CA's username, plus "@wikianswers.com." So if their username is GabbaGabba123, you would send the email to gabbagabba123, plus "@wikianswers.com." If a regular contributor or PA provides their personal email address on their bio page, then you can send an email to that address.
It is not ethical to discuss email ID's publicly. These are private information of users. They might contain some information that is not meant to leak.
