3xOsc is a popular and very customizable FL Studio plugin that has been a part of the program since its initial releases. It is basically a synthesizer plugin with 3 tones to create unique sounds (3 oscillators). You can adjust the oscillation type of each tone (saw, triangle, square or pulse) and adjust their individual velocities, panning, pitch or fine tune offsets.
3xOsc initially sounds like a Hammond organ, but with a bit of fiddling with each oscillator and adding some effects in the assigned rack, it is very capable of creating some awesome sounding instruments and effects.
Using Rewire, you can host Fl Studio inside Studio one.

To access the 808 sounds in FL Studio 10, you can start by opening the Channel Rack and clicking on the "Add" button to insert a new sampler channel. From there, you can load an 808 sample by navigating to the Browser on the left side, finding your desired sample in the Packs or User folder, and dragging it into the Channel Rack. Alternatively, you can use a plugin like "Sakura" or "3xOsc" to create your own 808 sounds. Once loaded, you can begin sequencing and tweaking the sound to fit your track.
Reason (with its latest version, which includes Record) is very comparable to FL Studio.
The only legal way of downloading it is by buying it of the FL Studio Website. Or you can pirate it at your own risk. Hope I answered your question :)
The FL studio is only compatible with computers running the Windows operating system so you will need to have a recent iMac with an Intel processor and have Windows installed on it to be able to use the software on an iMac.
