It's just a geeky way of saying restart the computer.
One can find a reboot disc for Vista OS X from Microsoft. There are other makers of reboot disc for Vista OS X and sometimes they send a reboot disc in your order.
It is called "rebooting"

Reboot means to restart. To restart or reboot click the apple icon top left and then click Restart.
To get out of a "Safe Boot" on any Mac just restart (reboot) the computer and it will restart into the original OS.

If on a PC, create a new partition on your main hard drive. Install the second OS on the new partition. On your next reboot it should ask you which partition you wish to boot to.
Holding down the option key while starting up a Mac running Mac OS X enters the Startup Manager which will let you select where you want to boot from.

Reboot and press F12 (on my computer, at least) to enter the temporary boot sequence. Boot from the CD and then there you can make changes to the installation and then ultimately install the OS.

Depends on the OS. (operating system) if you have any type of windows, youre screwed. You'll have to reinstall the OS and you'll loose everything on the computer. If you have Linux, just run the config tool for the HD. it will be hda, or hdb, and you can change them there and just reboot and win.
