In Windows Movie Maker, your imported files are either in the Imported Media viewing pane or a Collections folder you have created.
Hit the collections button to open the collections pane and then start deleting. Since WMM does not have an option to select all, and for some reason will not let you select multiple items in the collection pane, if you want to clear all or some of the items follow these steps. 1 Go to View>Collections , a new panel where the old Task pane was should appear, in it should be a list of all your files in the Collections pane. 2 Select the first video you desire to delete, Hit the [Del] Button on your keyboard, then hit Enter, repeat this over and over until all your files are gone.

Additionally, users can choose to open multiple File Explorer windows, allowing for more panes if needed for multitasking.
