DishnetPC does indeed support Windows Vista. It also supports Apple's iOS, Windows 7, Windows XP and Windows 8.0 and 8.1.

Windows support can be found at the Microsoft support site. Geek Squad also provides support for various computer needs not limited to Windows. The latter option you do have to pay for.
Ad-Aware 2007 and later do not support Windows 98.
Windows NT refers to a specific product line. Windows NT 3.1 to 4.0 do not provide USB support (there are some basic drivers for USB for 4.0, but they are not included). Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, and Windows 7 all include USB support.
