When you plug your flash drive into an available USB slot, a window should automatically pop up saying " view files or folders", click on it then drag n drop your documents into the opened window. If the window does not appear, click on start menu - my computer("computer" in vista) and look for a drive that's not your hard drive (usually C), and not your CD/DVD drive, in my computer, my Flash drive shows up as "UDISK F".
