You can't change a PSD file into an INDD file because the INDD format isn't an image format - they're text files. Hard to know without seeing it, but doublecheck your code and make sure your map id tags correspond, and that you have not accidentally cut off your close map code. Try an online image mapper like image-maps.com if you are unsure where you went wrong.
