a bar graph can be better than a pictograph depending on the type of learner you are. for example, if you are a learner who responds to colourful or intresting stimulants a pictograph would be better. on the other hand if you are a person that responds to or better understands things in practical straight lines a bar graph would suit you more.

In programming, characters like letters, digits, and special symbols represent different objects or data types. For example, the character 'a' can represent a letter, '1' can represent a digit, and '%' can represent a special symbol. These characters are often used to store and manipulate data in a computer program.
A pictograph is a visual translation of an object and Abstract ideas cannot have pictographs since they can't be visually translated. They are given a visual form by giving an 'idea' or an example of what they mean. For example the idea of barging in or to dash in can be represented by showing a horse running through a door. The character for 'to rush in ' is therefore 闖 or 闯. This is an ideogram.
