We reinstalled Windows 7. We also updated all the drivers and the BIOS. Along with Windows itself, if we restart the computer, it starts up just fine, but when you power it down completely it will not turn back on. We end up pressing the power button 5-10x for it to start. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I want to add that when I plug in my computer to recharge it is extremely slow now. Better on battery power, but not as good as it used to be
