I'm not sure what you are referring to by "disk management." There are many utilities to check disk usage, delete files, and manage space quotas.
To check the hard disk space of a desktop, you can open File Explorer or My Computer and right-click on the hard drive you want to check. Then, select "Properties" from the drop-down menu. In the Properties window, you will see a pie chart or bar graph displaying the used and available disk space. Additionally, you can also use the Disk Management tool or Command Prompt with the "wmic logicaldisk get size,freespace,caption" command to check the hard disk space in a more detailed manner.
