An epad is a device made by Chinese companies which runs on the android operative system and it is like an iPad but cheaper, way cheaper. The epad costs like 100 bucks. There are diffrent kinds of epads like a7" screen and a 10" screen. Compared to an iPad the epad takes a couple seconds to load while the iPad loads, just like that, If i were you i would buy the epad. Saves you money and a lot of it. Nothing fancy tough; you get what you pay for.
