Proably some kind of bug or virus. You must be using windoze. Try unplugging you machine for a few minutes and then re-boot. If the problem persists contact micro soft. Make sure you have the latest updates and virus software installed. I like AVG Free, and it's ...free. If the problem persists after that, I would think about switching to something that works, like Linux. Ubuntu and Fedora are good OS and allow you to try them out before you buy. But the cost is...free and so is the software. I don't get paid for saying this either, because it too is...free. Good Luck.
Data inconsistency exists when different and conflicting versions of the same data appear in different places. Data inconsistency creates unreliable information, because it will be difficult to determine which version of the information is correct. (It's difficult to make correct - and timely - decisions if those decisions are based on conflicting information.) Data inconsistency is likely to occur when there is data redundancy. Data redundancy occurs when the data file/database file contains redundant - unnecessarily duplicated - data. That's why one major goal of good database design is to eliminate data redundancy.

Inconsistencies is the plural of inconsistency

I can give you several sentences. There is an inconsistency in the data.I can't see any inconsistency between those reports. We need to get rid of that inconsistency before we run the experiment.
* Data redundancy and inconsistency. * Data isolation * Problem in atomicity of data * Difficulty to access data. * Security Problems
There was an inconsistency in his work ethic. (in other words, his work ethic was not consistent)

well all three are more or less the same. eg. register or record books. contain simple tables prone to inconsistency, redundancy. rdbms(Relational dbms) contains table with relations. eg all the employees of the accounts dept. are part of the employees table of the entire organisation. hence, any changes to either should be reflected in both the tables. this reduces redundancy, inconsistency
