Hashwork is a micro-blogging service for use at work. It's like Twitter, but for work.

You can tweet to co-workers, attach documents to tweets, send private tweets, and set up groups for internal use or sharing with clients. If you already use Twitter, Hashwork adds these work-related features to your Twitter account.
