One side of a sheet of paper is called a "page."
It is called the verso. The right side page is called the recto.
The Beatrice Letters
When a page is longer than the height of the screen, a grey bar appears on the right-hand side. From that bar it can be moved up or down the page using the mouse; an alternative method is to not use the mouse, and press page up (or page down) instead.

flush it down the toilet
Avalanche
It's neither. It's just called the legals page.
On SOS watch, you move with the letters not the numbers. Look at the key on the side of the page and if you don't understand then start with the letter g and try the letters around it.
The scroll bar is the bar on the side of your browser that you drag to move up and down the page.
