the heart of a computer is the proccesor
Mac OS X has PDF capabilities built in so any application running on a Mac, including iWorks, can save as a PDF from the Print dialogue box.
Only if it came with iWorks installed or you bought it later.
If you have windows xp you just have to go into the control panel and then click on the system and go to the genaral page and it will tell you the ram speed and what type of you proccesor you have.
Special versions of the iWorks applications (Keynote, Pages and Numbers) have been created for the iPad. They will be available from the online App Store for $9.99 each when the iPad is launched but are not included with the iPad. (See links below)
A notebook computer is both an input, proccesing and output device. eg, keyboard inputs keypresses, proccesor processes them and screen outputs them as letters on the screen. Keyboard:Input Proccesor: um... processor Screen:Output
Multi-core proccesor
Yes but you would need an application to open it into a Mac compatible file. Apples Pages (used to be part of the iWorks bundle) should be able to open it. Microsoft does make a Mac version of Word if you want to buy it.
This is possible, but ... it is not legal. For each mac you get 1 copy of iWork
Most likely it will not.
Could be multiple reasons. Have you checked for virises..trojans..etc? What is your proccesor speed?
