Chocolate can be poisonous to a cat, Onions and root veggies because they contain (N-propyl disulphide) which destroys red blood cells in the cat. Potatos, Tomatos they contain a poisonous(to cats) alkaloid called Glycoalkaloid Solanine.Grapes and Raisins.

Milk can be bad.. Although milk is not toxic to cats, it may have adverse effects. Simply put, adult cats fed a nutritious diet don't need milk, and many cats are lactose-intolerant, which means that the lactose in milk and milk products produces stomach upset, cramps, and gassiness.

Then of course there are things such as house chemicals, lotions, Alcohol

Anti-freeze

Aspiri n and paracetamol

Bleach and other detergents and cleaners

cleaning agents etc.. but that is obvious.

Things in the Garden would be:

Elephants ears

Foxgloves

Iris

Lily of the valley

Mistletoe

Oak tree

Oleander

Rhubarb

Spinach

Cats should only ever have cat food or products. Dog food is not good for them because it doesn't contain the right vitamins or proteins a cat needs. Also NEVER feed them table scraps. That is very very bad. Only time you can feed a cat table food is if you made a CAT recipe from a CAT recipe book or have been shown by a professional.
